NEO.bet reserves the right to grant you a promotion if certain criteria are fulfilled. The criteria defined and provided to you on the website or via email on the date the bet is placed shall apply. The promotion granted will be credited to your account automatically.
I. General Bonus Terms and Conditions for Sports Betting
These General Promotion Terms and Conditions shall apply to any type of bonus NEO.bet may grant. Please also note the Special Bonus Terms and Conditions. Please also note our current bonus offers’ conditions on our bonus promotion page. In the event of conflicts, the conditions on the promotion page shall take precedence over the General Bonus Terms and Conditions. Please particularly note the minimum turnover requirements, regulatory minimum ratio and minimum deposit amounts.
Offering a NEO.bet bonus shall be at NEO.bet’s discretion.
Every NEO.bet bonus is valid for a certain promotional period, and must be used within the applicable period. If the bonus is not used it will expire.
In all cases, the NEO.bet bonus is limited to one per customer, account, household, and set of payment details, mobile devices (mobile/ tablet), jointly used computer (university, place of work, Internet café, etc.) and IP address.
Any bonus linked to the deposits shall be valid only for deposits using the payment methods offered by NEO.bet. In case of account-based transactions (e.g. credit card, wallets or bank), the NEO.bet account holder and the account holder of the payment method must be identical. Please reference the bonus promotion page for information regarding the welcome bonus.
The NEO.bet bonus is granted to leisure time gambling account holders exclusively and shall therefore only be available to these individuals. Professional players are not entitled to receive a NEO.bet promotion. The NEO.bet bonus can also not be used in conjunction with other initial offers. In this respect NEO.bet’s decision shall be final, and not negotiable.
The NEO.bet promotion is credited to your account as bonus money. Bonuses may, however, only be used for bets or stakes, and cannot be transferred or paid out until the terms and conditions for withdrawal have been fulfilled. If a bonus is granted in response to a deposit, this also applies to the deposited amount as both become bound to the bonus. The deposited amount is called real money.
The following rules apply in regards of the turnover of the bonus bound money:
A stake is relevant in regards of bonus turnover if it the bets’ odds exceed minimum odds which are defined for each bonus offer separately
If a stake being is reimbursed due to a cancelled, to be cancelled, or invalid game event, this stake shall not be considered in the play through terms or bonus conditions.
If two or more bets are placed on the same gambling event, only the stake submitted on the first bet can be credited towards the minimum turnover.
Stakes are provisional towards the bonus turnover until the bets are settled
System bets can just be partially relevant towards the bonus turnover
On cashout new odds are calculated which reflect the stake-prize ratio of the cashed-out bet. Bonus turnover relevance is re-evaluated based on this re-calculated odds.
The customer can forfeit his bonus at any time unbounding his remaining real money from the bonus
The terms and conditions for turnover must be met within a per bonus offer defined number of days of receiving a bonus. If the conditions have not been met, all bonus money related to the bonus offer is purged while unbounding the remaining real money.
Only bets placed after the moment the bonus is granted can be relevant towards the bonus turnover. This especially applies to the case where a bonus is not granted immediately during the deposit, but (manually) later on.
Per bet only a maximum of the granted bonus amount counts towards the bonus turnover.
Misusing the bonus shall constitute an infringement of the bonus terms and conditions. In the following cases NEO.bet shall, assume an infringement of the bonus terms and conditions:
If a bonus has been claimed by the same person on multiple occasions, or using the same IP address, or from the same terminal.
If bets guaranteeing a bonus win for an individual or group, regardless of the outcome are placed (so-called “safe bets”).
If there is any suspicion of organised use of the bonus offer.
A bonus will not be credited if you have excluded yourself, or have been excluded from the betting service.
If there is any suspicion that a condition of this offer has been violated or customers placing bets guaranteeing a win based on a deposit bonus, free bets, improved win payments or any other promotional offer, regardless of the bet’s outcome, NEO.bet reserves the right to demand the return of the NEO.bet bonus, correct or cancel bets placed, refuse payout requests and close accounts.
The NEO.bet bonus is valid until revoked.
NEO.bet reserves the right to amend or revoke the nature and duration of the promotion at any time.
NEO.bet’s General Terms and Conditions of Business shall apply.
II. Special promotion terms
Free bet
Free bets have a value defined per promotion, which can be divided across various bets considering general bet slip conditions such as minimum stake.
If a free bet is available, it will be displayed in the bet slip. To use a free bet, select the active option in the bet slip. Then, create and place your bet.
The maximum stake corresponds to the remaining value of your free bet.
The free bet cannot be used for system bets.
Free bets are awarded to your NEO.bet account only and cannot be transferred to other NEO.bet accounts.
The validity of a free bet is determined by promotion and is communicated accordingly in the bet sip. Unused free bets expire after the validity period ends.
You receive the winnings from a free bet as net profit, calculated as the winnings minus the free bet stake. Example: With a €10 stake and odds of 10, you receive a net profit of €90 (€100 winnings - €10 stake).
The winnings will be credited to your NEO.bet account as bonus money. This may be subject to turnover requirements (see "Turnover Requirements for Bonus Funds") communicated per promotion.
If a free bet is cancelled, you will not receive the free bet back.
There is no option for (partial) cashouts or early payout for free bets.
Risk-free bet
Risk-free bets have a value defined per promotion, which can be divided across various bets considering general bet slip conditions such as minimum stake.
A risk-free bet may include a promotion-specific maximum odds restriction.
The maximum stake corresponds to the remaining value of your risk-free bet.
If a risk-free bet is available, it will be displayed in the bet slip. To place a risk-free bet, select the active option in the bet slip. Then create and place your bet.
A risk-free bet cannot be used for system bets.
Risk-free bets are awarded to your NEO.bet account only and cannot be transferred to other NEO.bet accounts.
The validity of a risk-free bet is determined by the promotion and is communicated accordingly in the bet slip. Unused risk-free bets expire after the validity period ends.
In the event of losing a risk-free bet, the stake of the bet will be refunded. The refund amount will always be credited to your NEO.bet account.
If a risk-free bet is cancelled, you will not receive the risk-free bet back.
There is no possibility of (partial) cashouts or early payout for a risk-free bet.
When bonus money is used, the respective promotion conditions apply.
Joker bet
Joker bets have a value defined per promotion, which can be split across different bets, taking into account the general betting slip conditions such as the minimum stake.
A Joker bet may include a promotion-specific maximum odds restriction.
The maximum stake corresponds to the remaining value of your Joker bet.
If a Joker bet is available, it will be displayed on the betting slip. To use a Joker bet, select the active option in the betting slip. Then create and place your bet.
A Joker bet cannot be used for system bets.
Joker bets are only granted through your NEO.bet account and cannot be transferred to other NEO.bet accounts.
The validity of a Joker bet is determined by the promotion and is communicated accordingly on the betting slip. Unused Joker bets expire after the validity period ends.
If a Joker bet is lost, the stake of the Joker bet will be credited to your NEO.bet account as a free bet.
If a Joker bet is canceled, you will not receive the Joker bet back.
There is no possibility of (partial) cashouts or early payouts for a Joker bet.

Bet boost
Bet boosts have a value defined per promotion, which can be divided across various bets considering general bet slip conditions such as minimum stake.
If a bet boost is available, it will be displayed in the bet slip. To use a bet boost, select the active option in the bet slip. Then create and place your bet.
The maximum stake corresponds to the remaining value of your betting boost.
A bet boost cannot be used for system bets.
Bet boosts are awarded to your NEO.bet account only and cannot be transferred to other NEO.bet accounts.
The validity of a bet boost is determined by the promotion and is communicated accordingly in the bet slip. Unused risk-free bets expire after the validity period ends.
With bet boosts, the odds of your bet slip are increased by a percentage defined per promotion. Example: With a €10 stake and original odds of 10, a 10% bet boost will increase the odds to 11. Thus, the payout amount increases from €100 to €110.
When using bet boosts, the usual bet slip conditions regarding fees or minimum/maximum stakes still apply.
Bet boosts cannot be combined with odds boosts.
If a bet with bet boost is cancelled, you will not receive the bet boost back.
There is no option for early payout for bet boosts.
When bonus money is used, the respective promotion conditions apply.
Odds boost
Odds boosts are displayed in the NEO.bet betting program and are limited to a specific sporting event and a particular outcome of a betting market.
With the odds boost, instead of the original odds, an improved odds are available in the bet slip for this specific outcome.
To place a bet with an odds boost, the boosted odds must be selected from the betting program. Then, create and place your bet.
Odds boosts can be used for single, parlay or system bets.
When using odds boosts, the usual bet slip conditions regarding fees or minimum/maximum stakes still apply.
When bonus money is used, the respective promotion conditions apply.
Welcome boost
The Welcome boost is exclusively available to new customers.
To place a bet with the Welcome Boost, the Welcome Boost must be activated in the bonus tile of the betting account after successful registration. The Welcome Boost will then be displayed on the betting slip.
A maximum stake of €10 per Welcome Boost applies.
With the Welcome Boost, the odds for a sports event are increased by a percentage defined by the promotion, meaning the odds advertised in each Welcome Boost may vary depending on the bonus offer.
Instead of the original odds, an enhanced odds option is available on the betting slip for a specific outcome of a sports event.
A Welcome Boost is only available until the start of the promoted game.
The Welcome Boost cannot be used if a bet on a different outcome of the promoted game has already been placed before or after using the Welcome Boost.
Winnings from Welcome Boosts must be wagered if bonus money from other valid promotions was used to place the Welcome Boost. The respective promotion conditions apply.
Welcome Boosts are only offered for single bets.
Welcome Boosts cannot be played as match combinations.
Welcome Boosts can be used in combination bets. However, the combined odds must not exceed the maximum allowable odds of the Welcome Boost.
The Welcome Boost cannot be used with free bets.
Additional rewards, such as early payout, are not available for the Welcome Boost.
When using Welcome Boosts, the general betting slip conditions regarding fees, minimum/maximum stakes, etc., continue to apply.
When using bonus money, the respective promotion conditions apply.
Bonus money
Bonus money is always credited to your NEO.bet account.
Bonus money cannot be withdrawn until specific turnover requirements are met (see the section “Turnover Requirements for Bonus Money”).
If bonus money is granted for a deposit, this also applies to the deposited amount, as it is tied to the bonus. The deposited amount is referred to as real money.
Bonus money is subject to turnover requirements, which are defined and communicated per promotion. The following conditions apply:
Turnover requirements for bonus money
A stake is relevant to the turnover requirements if the odds exceed the minimum odds defined separately for the respective promotion.
In the event of a stake being refunded due to a sporting event that has been cancelled or declared cancelled or invalid, this stake will not count towards the turnover of the bonus money.
If two or more bets are placed on the same sporting event, only the stake of the first bet placed counts towards the minimum turnover requirement. This is irrespective of whether the first bet counts towards the bonus turnover or not.
Stakes for the bonus turnover are provisional until the bets are settled.
System bets may only partially count towards the bonus turnover.
When using the cashout option, new odds are calculated that reflect the bet-to-payout ratio. The relevance of the stake is reassessed based on these newly calculated odds.
You can forfeit your bonus and release the real money tied to the bonus. This cancellation option is always available, provided there are no open bets placed with the bonus money.
The turnover requirements must be met within the period defined in the bonus offer after receiving or redeeming the bonus. If the conditions are not met, all bonus money associated with the bonus offer will be cancelled, while the remaining real money will be released.
Only bets placed after the bonus money is granted are relevant for the bonus turnover. This is especially applicable if a bonus is not granted immediately during the deposit but is (manually) granted later for that deposit.
A maximum of the bonus amount granted per bet is included in the turnover.
