The 25 € in free bets are only granted to new customers who do not yet have an account with NEO.bet and are over 18 years of age. This bonus is only granted once per person, family, household, residential address, cohabitation, email address, IP address, credit card, and public institutions where several people share a computer. 

To place a bet slip with free bets, the free bets must be activated in the bonus tile of the betting account after successful registration. The free bets will then be displayed in the bet slip.

The bonus offer is available in the following countries: Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg. 

There is no possibility of (partial) cashouts or early payouts for free bets. 

When using free bets, the standard betting slip conditions regarding fees or minimum/maximum stakes continue to apply. When using bonus money, the respective promotional conditions apply. 

NEO.bet reserves the right to permanently or temporarily exclude customers residing in certain countries from bonus offers. Professional players, player cartels, or customers who are suspected of exploiting these bonus payments and this bonus system, for example, by using fake accounts or similar means, or otherwise violating the bonus terms and conditions, will have all bonus payments and resulting winnings deducted and their accounts blocked.
