Important information on betting tax in Austria
Since April 1, 2025, the betting tax in Austria has been increased from 2% to 5%. Since then, we have been transferring exactly €1 to the Austrian state for every bet with a stake of €20. Many providers have reacted to this with lower odds, which we want to avoid! In order to continue to offer you top odds, we will be charging a 5% fee on single bets in Austria from July 1, 2025, as we already do in Germany.
